Not a spa. Not a hospital. A residential programme where classical Ayurveda meets clinical rigour.
Founded by Dr. Talavane Krishna, IVAC begins every guest journey with clinical understanding before treatment is recommended.
Programmes typically run 7 to 21 nights at our Mysuru centre with daily therapies, planned food, rest and review.
Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya and Raktamokshana are explained clearly and performed only when clinically suitable.
IVAC’s approach begins with diagnosis, listening and supervision. Each residential Panchakarma programme is reviewed through a doctor-led lens so the guest receives the right therapy, food, rest and rhythm for their condition.

Residential healing
Your doctor recommends the right combination after consultation. Panchakarma is not sold as a fixed menu.
Therapeutic emesis, supervised by a doctor, to release excess Kapha rooted in the upper digestive tract. Considered for chronic respiratory imbalance, recurrent sinus issues and certain skin conditions.
A medicated, doctor-prescribed purgation that clears Pitta accumulated in the small intestine and liver. Often considered for digestive disturbance, skin inflammation and metabolic imbalance.
The classical Vata therapy, where medicated decoctions or oils are introduced through the colon. The most versatile of the five actions, used across joint, neurological and reproductive concerns.
Medicated oils or herbal preparations administered through the nostrils to address conditions above the collarbone, including sinus, sleep and clarity-of-mind concerns.
Localised, controlled bloodletting reserved for specific conditions involving the blood and skin. Performed only when clinically indicated and never as a routine offering.
Panchakarma is not a cleanse in the modern sense. It is five classical procedures, prescribed selectively, that clear accumulated metabolic waste — ama — from the body's channels before rebuilding strength.
The detoxification phase may include Vamana (therapeutic emesis), Virechana (purgation), Basti (medicated enema), Nasya (nasal administration) and Raktamokshana (bloodletting). A doctor prescribes only what your condition and constitution require — a full course of all five is rare and rarely appropriate.
The rejuvenation phase — Rasayana — follows. This is where strength, sleep, digestion and energy return, and it is the part most commercial programmes omit because it takes time. It is why our programmes run 7 to 21 nights rather than a weekend.
Guests commonly report improved sleep, digestion and energy, reduced joint stiffness, and steadier weight. Results depend on condition, duration and adherence — a doctor will tell you what to expect before you commit.
A residential format makes deeper work possible. Your programme is planned around what the body needs to release, restore and rebuild.

Vata-pacifying therapies, Shirodhara and guided routine to settle the nervous system and restore sleep.
Rasayana protocols after cleansing. Strength, immunity and clarity rebuilt without stimulants.
A medical programme that addresses metabolism at the root, not the symptom. No crash diets, no shortcuts.
