Combine half a tablespoon of basil leaves juice extracts mixed with honey and 5 drops of ginger juice which should be taken on an empty stomach in the morning.

Jaggery
Is traditional non-centrifugal cane sugar, often mixed with date or palm sap and is one of the most effective remedies for pollution. Jaggery has brilliant anti-inflammatory properties and can be included in the diet in various ways.

Neem leaves
Packed full of anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, Neem builds immunity and detoxifies and removes impurities from the blood. It also has a cooling effect on the body.
